I launched this blog today to try and capture my thoughts and also the details that went into the photographs that I have taken.

I try and take early morning, late afternoon/evening photographs most weekends. This morning I woke at 7.00 but couldn't stir in time to catch the light so started this instead.

I use a Nikon D3000 and an 18-55 Nikon VR lens currently. This is my first DSLR after many early years with 35mm Pentax's. I am learning all the time and had some great tips and tution from Steve Morris.
